At The Vocational Expert Group we provide objective, defensible vocational assessments and life care planning services anywhere in the United States.
Our Vocational Experts and Life Care Planners work with attorneys, and their paralegals, across the nation who are involved in personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, employment, bankruptcy, and family law/divorce cases.
Vocational Assessments
Evaluation of a person's education, work history, and earnings capacity.
Life Care Plans
A dynamic document that outlines the current and future healthcare needs and associated costs.
Medical Cost Projections
A summary of the current and future healthcare needs, typically used in less serious injury cases and in settlement.
Why a Vocational Expert or Life Care Planner?
Vocational Experts are uniquely qualified to evaluate how specific physical and/or psychological limitations affect employment and earnings.
Our Vocational Experts are also familiar with the current labor market. Based on thorough research, we can opine on potential wage loss as well as on an individual's ability to attain and hold earnings both now and in the future (this is also known as earnings capacity).
As Certified Life Care Planners, we collaborate with medical and/or psychological providers to develop a detailed analysis of the type, quantity, timing, and cost of an individual's current and future medical care needs. We can also conduct reviews of previously written life care plans and medical cost projections.
No matter the context, our testimony is thoroughly researched, unbiased, and presented in an easy-to-understand way so that our findings can be properly applied.
